Ms. Park assists the firm in drafting case documents and materials. Legal work allows Ms. Park to combine her two great passions – advocacy and storytelling. Assisting Ms. Chen represent plaintiffs in employees’ rights cases allows Ms. Park to articulate and amplify the voices of those who feel like their voices are not heard. She has a legal background, holding a minor in Law and various law firm experience. She is fluent in Korean.

Ms. Meuwissen assists the firm with multiple tasks and enjoys stepping in wherever she is needed. Ms. Meuwissen took an interest in the legal field because she is very passionate about encouraging people to stand up for themselves, and their rights. She is currently completing a bachelor's program in Legal Studies, and looks forward to furthering her education and gaining more experience in the legal field.

Ms. Provencio assists the firm with a number of tasks around the office on a daily basis. She enjoys her career as a Paralegal and is looking to further her education by receiving a BS in paralegal. Ms. Provencio is very passionate about the legal field because she was around it at a young age due to her father being in the field. She wants to be able to connect with her clients and build their trusts along with a professional relationship. She enjoys talking with clients and learning something new about her job everyday.

Kelly Y. Chen is a graduate of the University of California Hastings College of the Law. She has experience in labor and employment law and has worked tirelessly to empower traditionally underrepresented individuals in California. Ms. Chen opened her law practice immediately after graduating from law school with the hopes of fighting for the rights of employees, particularly low-wage and immigrant workers, as well as those in the LGBT population. She is highly knowledgeable in employment law and is fluent in Mandarin-Chinese and conversational Taiwanese.
While in law school, Ms. Chen was a member of the Hastings Civil Justice Clinic. She received numerous awards and honors as a law student, including the California Employment Lawyers Association Diversity Scholarship, the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award. Prior to law school, Ms. Chen obtained her M.A. degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, as well as a B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine with honors.
She has been recognized as one of the Super Lawyers' Southern California Rising Stars from 2012-2018 and was selected as a Super Lawyer in 2019.
