Davis et al v. Beam Team Inc. (San Bernardino Superior Court Case No. CIVDS 1800073)

Tseng v. Nordstrom Inc. (United States District Court for the Central District of California, Case No. 2:11-cv-08471-CAS-MRW)

Law Office of Kelly Chen, along with co-counsel, brought a representative action lawsuit on behalf of current and former cosmetic employees of Nordstrom in California alleging Nordstrom's failure to provide reasonable seating to its cosmetic employees in California. Final approval of the PAGA settlement was granted by District Court on January 8, 2018 for a total settlement amount of $995,000.  



Barragan v. Life Alert Emergency Response Inc. (Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BC556127)

Law Office of Kelly Chen, along with co-counsel, brought a class and representative action lawsuit on behalf of current and former account executives and other sales employees of Life Alert Emergency Response Inc. in California alleging misclassifications as independent contractors, failure to pay minimum wages, failure to provide accurate wage statements and other Labor Code violations. Final approval of the class action settlement was granted by Superior Court on March 2, 2017 for a total settlement amount of $1.96 million.
